I did not see good Managers at CV at the end anymore. A key to successful management is the relationship between the manager and his or her staff. Then you always go the extra mile to archive more. I did not see alot of good sales people, except one or two in the entire region. Some came from partners- street fighters. Never learned how to work for a big company and within a team. Other sales people where not realy long enough employed, rather they did run and looked for better opportunities. COACH! and they go the extra mile. I did not realy see good advertisment for the product in the market. They are the leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant but nobody knows it. Change it! There is no good Channel Partner Management in place. Change it! Internal processes at CV are aweful and result in complete Micro Management. I would rather spend the time doing business. Licensing is a disaster. Own staff, partners and customers can hardly understand it anyomore. Changes in the license policy almost every 2-3 month. Face to the customer -> A customer once asked: This is the third sales guy you are presenting me within a year! How many to come? Poor Rewards and Recognition: Some did their numbers last year by over 125% and where not considered for club. Instead of the blame culture, get culture. But I did love your product! Please keep that up. For myself, I have to move on. Good luck CommVault.
