Pros
Great company culture. Hard work is recognized, appreciated, and rewarded. Everyone loves working together and having fun while also remaining dedicated to the goals at hand. From what I can tell, there are plenty of perks to working in office (it's a beautiful space), but they are also willing to accommodate those who wish to work remotely. Their product offerings are clearly valuable, and it is easy to see why they have become an industry leader. This company has a great future.

Due to COVID, I was unfortunately unable to experience working in the office very much. As such, all training had to be done remotely. It was very much a "trial-by-fire," sink or swim approach. If you're someone who is uneasy about figuring things out on your own and making /learning from mistakes, this might not be a great fit for you.
