1). The worst thing is, Only the numbers of years worked in Commvault, will be accounted to determine the seniority. Past experiences and capabilities will not be considered. So, here many of incapable managers& Leaders making team very inconvenient and weak. 3). Here is no proper communication standard. It is not guaranteed to receiving responses for your any kind requests. Communication really sucks. 4). HR department is waste for Development . They do nothing expect giving initial offer. They never ask about family commitments and salary.
