CommunityWorks has proven to be a small but mighty organization to work for. The board and staff are very dedicated to the mission of helping communities unlocking the human and economic potential of their communities using proven community building practices. Top talent and a flexible environment leads to high impact at CommunityWorks.

CommunityWorks initiated a restart in 2020 during the pandemic. Funding has grown significantly since then, but more revenue is needed to add more staff and continue the growth.

Working at CommunityWorks I am able to truly see how it feels to work with an upper class full of women. The environment is fun if you are the type of person that enjoys working under challenges. I am able to truly see my impact in my community while working for communityworks. CommunityWorks has a CDFI.

Communicatyworks employees have a hard time looking past the surface. Community works need training looking for humans to help. This is a Black and White world however the black and white have overcome things for the better.
