We seek to provide a working environment that is welcoming and inclusive so that people can feel safe to bring their whole selves to work and thrive. Therefore, all managers complete diversity, equity, and inclusion training. The training touches on the topics you mentioned, such as neurodivergence and religious and racial differences.
