Since the new Executive Director took after Susan left there has been a huge culture shift and organizational shift. Some pros: More options to move up. More training and opportunities for professional development. Benefits.
Kontras
Top down management. Scheduling and work/life balance can be difficult depending on your manager/work-site. Hard to get time off because of the nature of the work. Some of the clients can be challenging to work with, but that is the nature of the field.
