Highly restrictive, high pressure, micromanaging style. Very limited holiday and pto with such restrictive parameters that make it very difficult to actually plan out a vacation. This company is also another example of management style where managers begin the relationship with mistrust of employees, provide an absolute onslaught of punitive and restrictive policies rather than fostering any teamwork or providing any flexibility.
