infighting between Mgmt trickles-down and there is much of this they are too heavily staffed Mgmt wise and it is cut-throat with no reasoning because rare are promotions Overgeneralized titles for jobs ( they use 'Security Engineer' for 4-5 different jobs) No real career ladder contractors treated poorly overwork for little recognition fair to below-average compensation and salaries no bonuses
