The company has good benefits.Wayne Smith has a good sense of business its his Management, Supervisors, Directors and upper team management that is running good people away from CHS. THEY do not appreciate their staff.
Kontras
Management is unorganized and they lead you on for advancements the pay is not worth it. The work load is outrageous and they break policies for those they chose to give favor to and hire family members at higher salary. Over stressed work environment.
