Pay is good. Worker ants treat each other well.
Kontras
Executive management seems to not care about the individuals that actually get work done. We are the ones that really provide the infrastructure for patient care. Executives only seem to care about acquiring more hospitals that they cannot provide services that they promise. Contractors do most of the work, but their is no loyalty from CHS for these people. A prime example of 19th century management and greed.
