Current local hospital in Hobbs, NM SUCKS! - Registered Nurse bei Community Health Systems: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Horrible, uncaring hospital administration. Expect nurses to spend more time doing computer and paperwork instead of supporting them with help to do PATIENT care. I've been a nurse for 32+ years and this isthe WORST place I've ever worked. I can't WAIT to finish my 2 year requirement (in order not to have to pay them back for relocation expenses). No wonder there is such a high turn around of staff in all positions -- not just nursing staff.
