Nepotism in nsg dept. re: RNAC dept. HR involved in staff issues. Hospital demands on LTC administration takes staff and time away from LTC. RNAC dept not willing to work with staff nurses to help improve issues. Lack of orientation training for new staff and inability to locate nursing policies and procedures.
