With experience in medical field pay is above average. Partial to all of medical bills written off if hospital or physician is within CHS system.
Kontras
Inexperienced leadership. Favorites are promoted while hard workers are passed over numerous times. Leadership doesn't follow guidelines set forth for non leadership workers. Leadership talks about teamwork but only recognizes favorites that usually haven't done much work. Cannot trust leadership.
