Very good work/life balance. Flex schedule. Hospital bills at CHS facility write off.

The pay is laughable. I personally bring in millions of dollars of revenue for this company and if I had stayed at my retail job I would be making at least 1.50 an hour more than I make here. There is no transparency in the pay scale. Promotions are hard to come by unless you are related to or friends with someone high up on the food chain. Yearly raises are much lower than competing companies.
