The managers responsible for the clinical Specialist group lacked any care for their subordinates and only focus on getting as much as they can out of employees Without caring for workload, well-being, work life balance. Managers only focused on input from providers without getting the side of the employee Being questioned. This results in frequent performance improvement plans, which then allows the hospital to fire the employee easily. I would warn against taking any such position without talking to the pharmacist the specialist group without the presence of the manager overall pharmacy managers support each other and not employee.
