Benefits are decent. Pay is competitive with other hospitals in the area.
Kontras
Poor accountability across staff (not all equal staff is held to equal standards). Higher leadership doesn’t seem to care about poor management as much as the $$ they see coming in. HR is centralized and this makes it very confusing when needing to speak with them. Each time you speak with HR it is a different person (vs consistently dealing with the same person on multiple issues/concerns).
