Owner is nice guy who seems to care

Very disorganized, very very low pay. Treat you as though you should be grateful to work for them. Came aboard as an administrator, and they put me as a manager as well, with no training, because the other manager got a better job. Many people come and go in an instant. Some because they just were so desperate for someone, but because of no training or support, they fired them. I stayed a few months and got a better job, more money better support and training, and even got promoted, One site had seven managers in two years!

Small business. Not too many layers of bureaucracy. President's heart is in the right place. Located right by the highway.
