Amazing culture. They really care about the well being of their employees. In 2023, every single employee got a pay rise in the middle of the year (on top of their normal bonus) to help with inflation. I felt really valued there. They care about you, the community and doing what’s best for their members.

Other banks/credit unions have more of a competitive salary.

Location and Members, good amount of services to provide

New priorities are misguided and very Commercial Bank like. Community First has forgotten how to be a credit union and the senior leadership is driving us down a very dark road.
