I really enjoyed the autonomy I had in my position. I was given the room to grow and expand programs and really enjoyed all the opportunities there were for training. There was lots of sick and personal time and some allowance for flexibility in my schedule.
Kontras
The most disappointing things was the lack of good benefits. The company had an expensive PPO program and affordable HSA program. The only dental benefits were through AFLAC and essentially you balanced out at the end of the year.
