Pros

A company vehicle for us to use, although you own't always get to use the newest model. There are company benefits that includes healthcare, life insurance, 401k, including a pet insurance. If you don't have a pet then it's useless. Salary is decent.

Kontras

I was constantly criticized no matter what I do and how good I did with my job! There's no way to please management because they will always find something negative about you and your work! Actually, even when they don't find anything negative, they'll still say something terrible about you! They just like making us feel like we don't deserve getting a raise or even getting paid! Horrible people honestly. They will always find a way to discredit you, blame you, and the reason to yell at you because they just like yelling at everyone! They're insane and it's gonna do you good if you avoid working here!

Pros

The facilities were kept clean and the health insurance was standard.

Kontras

• Constantly covering roles that were never filled, forcing one person to carry work that should have been handled by multiple employees with no end in sight • Workload continued to grow while higher level decisions failed to address the real issue of severe understaffing • Daily exhaustion from carrying responsibilities far beyond what is reasonable for a single role • Clear lack of understanding from decision makers about how unsustainable the skeleton crew situation truly was • Chronic understaffing was treated as normal instead of being fixed through proper hiring • No meaningful support from leadership despite ongoing overwork and burnout
