Unsure about IT monitoring and how strick, e.g. I agree that an Employee should be available during their work hours, however, current Employers monitor and track everything - from accessing website's, number of mouse clicks, Team's status and not being able to change the timing in Team's and on your lock-out screen. I feel like I have nothing to hide, but I just wonder how much it all adds-up or matter's to them when in reality, it should all boil down to how productive an employee is and the quality of their work.
