Pros
Training has really been a big focus. They want you to have the tools to succeed at your job.
Kontras
All of the executives are male and have been for a very long time. It seems like other males, especially Mormon males, are given preferential treatment when it comes to advancement to higher levels of management. There is no female perspective within the executive leadership, and they continue to bring on other male employees that fit their bill rather than promoting from within. It's hard as a female to feel like there is a real future of advancement. Raises aren't given timely or fairly. Equally qualified people won't get them on the same time schedule. Some get them at their review period as expected, some get them early, some get them late, some don't get them at all. Not getting any sort of raise makes it hard to feel appreciated and like a valued employee when your hard work isn't recognized.
