Overtime available, when the elderly employees don't get it taken away. Before the factory sent over their "Class Instructor" work ended when you clocked out. Free health insurance even if it isn't the best.

Zero communication from factory in Ireland. Changes are made months before the NA team gets any information. Class instructor just belittles an demeans technicians instead of teaching.
