Talent is highly concentrated in lower level, soft-skilled employees and but is lacking elsewhere with relatively few exceptions. Service-oriented employees in Network Services, Customer Service, GRU, and other similar interacting departments are disgustingly undervalued. Communication with upper management is few and far between (also a pro). Unprofessional mid-level managers exhibit toxic behaviors out of fear. The most driven employees (typically those who are relatively young in age or with under 10 years experience) go unrecognized and unrewarded until they burn out and leave. Employee retention is pitiful and the hiring process to fill empty positions is pathetically slow.

For anyone interested in global operations, the breadth of markets and programs ComPsych operates across creates exposure that is hard to find elsewhere. There is real complexity to navigate and that complexity builds skills quickly.

Growth within the organization can feel inconsistent. There are opportunities, but they are not always visible or equitably communicated, and career pathing can vary significantly depending on your manager and team. Internal processes and cross-functional coordination can be slower than the pace of the business demands.
