Recent positive reviews are likely the company padding their score. The FMLA department in Chicago is not large enough to support so many new positive reviews, with no one in the office knowing anyone who feels that way. If you spend more than two minutes grabbing that bagel, you will come back to messages asking why you aren't on the line taking calls.
