Training is not always prioritized -Leadership is transitioning towards bringing staff into office -Year to year increases are low and restricted to HR -While pay is competitive when entering Comed, the small year to year increases do not allow for much pay growth -Company is experiencing record profits, while the rank and file receive back packs and tumblers. Just give us a pay raise

I had an enjoyable experience working at ComEd in the TCE department for the summer. If you want to go into the energy industry it is a great company to be at.

Kontras

The speed of innovation is not very fast since you are restricted by needing the stability of electric utilities. ComEd is probably one of the most technologically advanced utility across the US.
