Guaranteed 10hrs so if you finish earlier than 10hrs you either come back to the station or rescue another driver for an extra $25. 4 days on 3 days off unless you wanna come in an extra day, you could ask and see. If you work hard and finish in a timely manner you'll always have a route to work that day. The main keys to succeed is organization and going at a steady pace.

Might not get a route. This can happen if you're not preforming well on the road and not obeying traffic laws. Cameras are always watching you. The loads can vary from being light to heavy. Especially heavy during the holidays so that's a given.
