May not get paid what you’re owed. Managers and dispatchers talks to employees as if they’re children. Never have all their equipment so you may not be able to scan packages and end up stranded during the route. Everything is your fault. You’re a nuisance to them. Cant ask for help because managers and dispatchers hate helping. They’ll just try to fire you because they’re over hiring people and you’re just one out of a 100 people that means nothing to the company. It’s a dead end slave job thst leads to no where in life. Every week you work odd hours for 15 an hour. There’s no raise and overtime just gets eaten up by taxes. No future in this company. They’ll work you till your back gives out. Then fire you and hire someone fresh.
