      They offer interesting projects of subtitling with big platforms. The rate for subtitling is good, and they pay on time. For me, the best are the PMs, they're responsive and always willing to help.

      They are nice until you sign the contract…

      Kontras

      Heavy workload and long hours for little money. It’s NOT 40 hours per week job. Plus they keep adding more and more responsibilities, and basically, you have to be available 24/7.

      Pros of working with them? Sure, if you enjoy constant challenges like navigating a maze of convoluted processes, creative excuse-making, and a masterclass in evasive payment tactics, then you'll find it quite the adventure!

      Cons? Imagine a never-ending game of hide-and-seek with your payments. Add in a labyrinthine process, invented quality issues, and a knack for dodging responsibilities, and you have the full experience.
