Maser has excellent people to work with, and I am thrilled with the people that I work beside. I am respected and appreciated, and I reciprocate this to my co-workers.
The benefits are beyond fantastic and I am grateful that they have worked with me on all of my questions I've ever had.
The company is family oriented--they understand how much your family means to you and work with you.
You have lots of opportunity to better yourself. I have had a ton of training in many different things and have expanded my knowledge immensely. They're very supportive of you bettering yourself, and even do things like Tuition Reimbursement and bonuses for getting certificates or degrees. There's always something to learn!
They definitely reward you for your hard work and efforts. In the time I have been here, I have felt appreciated and that my work efforts are well-received. I've had plenty of constructive criticism and it's helped to shape me into a better worker and co-worker.
It's also great to have bosses that work just as hard as everyone else--they definitely do NOT sit around!
I have worked here for 3 years, and I will never be with any other company. Hands down, period! Maser is just too good of an opportunity for anyone to pass up. As long as you do your work and keep a positive mindset, you will have a bright future here!
