Everything, poor company culture in Vancouver, not progressed management, principals and directors have their favourite senior PMs and you must get along with them if not they will quit you in some way! A men dominated company, men talk, decide……promoted much more earlier than women! And PLEASE don’t answer to any survey, they state surveys are confidential but they are not , if they don’t like your comments you will be fired!!BE Carful! Colliers in Vancouver is not like other colliers in Europe, US or Australia because higher managers don’t have higher education !! They can’t manage people as soon they figure out you have other values they will quit you! And they just talk about new employees in their weekly updates and never about how many employees are fired every week! They never embrace new business ideas if it comes from a women or if it is not from higher managers! Think twice before applying for jobs at Colliers in Vancouver!!!
