C18 cares more about how they appear in front of the customer than how they actually treat their own. Senior management is very rude and expects the mid-management to do all their work. Under appreciated is not the word. I use disappointing as my title because you have an organization with great product teams, nice, smart people. However, you have senior leaders who treat their teams with disgust and it continues to be a trickle down effect.
