He regularly checks in to see how things are going, whether I have any concerns, and whether there is anything the company can do to support me better. That level of consistent communication really makes you feel valued rather than just another contractor.
The pay structure is competitive and transparent, and the onboarding and placement process was smooth. Collabera also did a great job matching me with a role that aligns well with my experience and interests. I’m currently working with Molina Healthcare through Collabera, and it has been a very positive engagement overall.
