- good hours (depending on management) - good benefits - people are nice

- antiquated hierarchical structure perpetuated by culture of fighting to earn your right to be in meetings/conversations about the work that you are responsible for - rat race even after going above and beyond to meet objectives so it is almost impossible to "do well" unless you play the corporate game - people have many times been told to "just work harder" when voicing unhappiness - people have experienced multiple borderline offensive/harassment incidents from upper management and nothing was done about it - very low retention of people in specific areas of R&D
