      The only positive thing about this company is that you get set hours and are not expected to stay over time.

      I have never worked at such a joke company before in my life. There is no support from managers, continual disrespect from agents, and you are expected to be everyone's slave. If you were desperate for work like I was, do not be fooled by this company. They pay you poorly and do not value you but expect you to work like you are being paid 3x more. I go to work depressed everyday. The company overall doesn't know what they are doing and it is a mess.

      Pros

      CBC has an amazing atmosphere. Everybody was so kind and helpful during my time there. Also they were very trusting of my ability so they weren’t constantly micromanaging me.

      Pros

      I loved working with the agents. It was a good way to get into marketing especially if you have real estate experience.

      There is no upwards mobility. This company invests heavily into diversity and if you are not part of a certain demographic, you will not get promoted. There were also frequent layoffs while I was there.
