Pros

Provided some basic training to take to another firm so I could get a better job and learn more. The principals are weak recruiters.

Kontras

Major turnover. Management doesn't care about anyone but themselves. All they care about is making money for themselves. Very high employee turnover

Pros

Leadership trusts their hiring process and allows you to be who they hired you to be. Client Directors are super supportive and are amazing advocates to unearth new opportunities within existing clients and new one.

Kontras

The RPO model of hiring medium volume engineering and high level sales teams will be challenging over the immediate term...I made it through several rounds of layoffs and they did their best to keep everyone.
