Start up life. It's fun and fast paced. Lots happening all the time. The new office is great, and for the most part the team is great.

The CEO is a micromanager who is rude, inconsiderate, and thinks (key word), that he knows everything about... well, everything. He is a bully and has no real understanding of how to let a team of highly skilled experts do their jobs. The CEO has managed to derail, insult, and fault his contractors, teams and staff for the impulsive decisions he's made regarding, development, marketing, and PR of this new company. His decisions are not based on any fact, research or even education. Everything seems to be based on whim, hope and prayer. Being belittled is common place and people seem to accept that as the norm. Frankly, you can do better, go elsewhere.
