      Work environment is good. Anybody can learn a lot as well and get groomed up.

      Salary is less.They should try towards better salary hikes.

      If you like the BPO setup. Then, this is for you.

      A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
