      For people who are working in small companies, it could be a good brand name but don't plan for long term here. It just good to keep here for long term if you are coming here as Managar.

      It's very much challenging to understand Managers. Managers are working here like they are owner of company. They are just do what they think and impose their bad ideas to team due to which NIIT mosly loss their projects.
