- Poor HR department. I doubt there is one. The only communication is through emails and phones. Takes days and weeks to get response from HR - No one cares about your well being . Toxic work culture. - If you need visa sponsorship, better do not join the company. I have seen them screwing up many peoples visas. (many had to go back to India) - If you are a contractor getting documents for your visa processing is a hell. It could take months to get it done and no one understands the urgency and severity of the situation.
