Stop hiring people from Interglobe Technologies just because its travel based comapny are spoiling goodwill of Niit Tech. 4. Provide equal onsite opportunity to deserving candidates rather than biased one's because ultimately that would spoil company's image with oversea's cliewnt. 5. Check should be kept on managerial activities done by managers how fare their behaviour trend is. 6. Provide salary as per market value of candidate.
