      Good place to work for a couple of years & move on. You can stay long enough if don't have a craving for growth. Manage the boss & you'll stick around. Good for trainings

      Good at Politics. Need to be good at Image management & boss management. Not a good paymaster hence negotiate as much as you can at the time of joining.
