      Awesome working environment. Inspire to give new ideas and encourage them. Lot of games in the campus at Greater Noida. Its great to make fun on fridays. Celebrating b'days and the leave and gift voucher from the company is amazing. Good farewell system.

      Appraisal and promotions are not good. No night shift allowances, no bonus for extended shifts.

      A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
