Pros

1.Coforge does the project specific hiring.So,you will directly mapped to a client within a month without any other internal interviews or process

Kontras

1.If the company wants to off board you,then they will first put you in PIP.PIP is just an excuse for them to lay you off from the company. 2.They will not keep you in bench once you get off boarded from a project.They will show you the exit doors on the same day of which you put down the papers. 3.Also,worst thing is just that they are not going to provide any notice period compensation pay even for 1 month.
