* Night shift but one time food is free * Both side cab free for night shift employee only

* In AFLAC department to much pressure * Target based job need to meet daily targets if you not able to meet you it's added to your bucket to need to complete in same month ( this is a very very negative point) * Feels like no job security they create an environment like this if your are not able to meet target your inner feelings like let resignation * Not life balance ( because some time if not not meet the target you need to log from your home after night shift * No night allowance
