The schools in our district are wonderful, very well-run, and often prestigious. Students are a joy to work with, if you like kids. Good pay, easy to get more work if you show interest, understanding of schedule changes. Unique job, always something interesting happening.
Kontras
Training did not accurately represent responsibilities and duties. Work is fun at first, but quickly becomes overwhelming. Be sure to double-check paychecks. Schedules and locations were not confirmed until the week classes started. Multiple tutors have been given the wrong course information and session dates. Perpetually understaffed.
