Coder Camps is investing in getting their students positive outcomes and that effort is showing results. The fact that they invite all students back to learn additional technologies for life is evidence that they truly care about the well being of their students. The company is growing very fast, and it seems there is always something big on the horizon, which offers lots of opportunity to grow professionally. It is a flat organization that relies on good people more than processes and management.

Whether it's a Pro or a Con depends on the person, but this company is constantly seeking improvement, which means it's very fast paced and direction can change quickly.
