There is lot of politics and too much pressure. Never join this org if you have a family you will loose everything and end up burnt out and thrown out. There is a guy called Karthik who has no idea about managing and puts pressure to get his hike and steals your credit. he is doing personal projects within the company and doing moonlighting all the time. He is one of the main reason why young people in this org are burnt out and if you don't agree to his ideas he will throw you out of the org or do anything to disrespect and take the credit. There are few senior engineers who always wants to be the top and reporting people and never lets others to grow in the team. If you join this org please check whether you will be under Karthik with HR and then decide.
