Absolute disconnect between C Suite and senior management, and the rest of the company. No desire to understand, listen or connect in any way to the majority of the company. Leading to strategic decisions that often make poor business sense, end up actually increasing inefficiency and cause stress and discontent along the way. Job remits and scope are very unclear, with no information on what success looks like: so very hard to know whether you're actually doing well, doing the right thing, doing anything in the right direction. Demoralising, confusing, exhausting.
