- Constant burnout due to under-staffing and sporadic and seemingly impulsive leadership decisions that delay timelines by months. - Executives have no idea what they're doing and are seemingly self-sabotaging the org without a clear strategic vision. They are constantly acting in ways that are counter to the org values. - Senior leadership are so anti-union that they will fire people involved in the union despite their performance and tenure. - Trust in leadership is incredibly low across the org and there's been a huge turnover on the engineering team due to layoffs and quitting. Management does not seem to care or think this is an issue and have refused to rehire engineers that have re-applied after having been fired from the layoffs. - There hasn't been any performance cycles in a year and promotions are based on budget, not merit
